Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for items purchased directly from Croc Liner. If you purchased from an authorized seller, please contact them for return or exchange instructions. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges, except for warranted defects or mis-shipments by Croc Liner.
To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). The RA# is the same as your order number. Returns without the RA# will not be processed for a refund or exchange. We will provide you with the return address and packaging instructions. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in new and unused condition, and include the return form. We will be implementing a 10% restocking fee for returns where the items are not in unused condition or customers do not provide a proper reason with a photographic evidence for the return. We value your trust and understand that there are instances where a return is necessary. However, to ensure the fairness and integrity of our return process, we kindly request that customers provide photographic documentation of the issue while the product is in their vehicle. This will aid us in promptly and accurately identifying the nature of the concern and exploring potential resolutions. Your cooperation in sharing images will greatly assist us in our continuous efforts to enhance our products and refine our service. Returns without the return form, RA#, or damaged due to improper packaging will be rejected.
