Responsibility for Return Shipping: Croc Liner takes responsibility for return shipping costs in the following circumstances:

-Wrong Item Sent: If we mistakenly send you the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping expenses.

-Defective Item Sent: If the item you receive is defective or damaged, we will arrange for the return shipping at our expense.

Expedited Orders: For customers who choose to expedite their orders, please note that the cut-off time for same-day shipping is 2 PM CST (Central Standard Time) on business days. If the item is in stock and the expedited order is placed before the specified cut-off time, we will ship it on the same business day. However, if the item is out of stock or the order is placed after the cut-off time, the shipment may be delayed. Shipping to PO Boxes: Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. For accurate and timely delivery, please provide a physical address during the checkout process.
